4. It is not permitted to use speakers or audio equipment at a volume that may disturb other guests or residents.

5. Children must always remain under the supervision of a responsible adult, especially in the pool and leisure areas.

6. The blcony and other areas of the unit must be used in accordance with the condominium's safety and social rules.

7. Smoking is not permitted in the enclosed common areas of the property, and we recommend paying attention to the current rules for the use of outdoor areas.
