The Edf. Porto do Mar is a very well managed residential building. The building has a lap pool, a large living space on the deck; steam room; ballroom, fitness center and three business rooms, including a mini auditorium. NEIGHBORHOOD

Our neighborhood breathes history and gastronomy. In addition to the famous Praça de Casa Forte, designed by Burle Max, just ahead, you will find the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation, an internationally recognized institution, with the main study center in the northeast and holder of an enormous and diverse collection of Pernambuco history.
