ELECTRICITY CHARGES

Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately, according to the measurement taken during your stay.

The kilowatt (kWh) rate in Pernambuco is R$ 1.35, according to the current tariff of the local utility company.

To ensure complete transparency, our team reads the meter at check-in and check-out, always in the presence of the guest, taking the corresponding photos. The consumption calculation is based on the difference between the readings, and the amount is informed at the end of the stay.

RESTRICTIONS

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and we do not accept pets.

ATTENTION

For accommodations longer than 7 days, electricity is charged extra, in the amount of R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt/hour. Our team, at check-in, will take a photo of the meter in the guest's presence, as well as at check-out. Payment will be via bank transfer, with the data sent by our commercial sector.
